Timi D. Tucker
Timi Tucker founded the Melbourne family law firm in 2004. One of her greatest strengths is providing aggressive, knowledgeable representation, while paying close attention to the unique facts surrounding your case. Mrs. Tucker has an outstanding track record with 18 years experience, and is primarily focused on representing clients in divorce, dependency, injunctions, and family law matters.
Mrs. Tucker has tried over 20 cases to jury verdict, and has practiced in front of every Judge in Brevard County. She is a former Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) Senior Prosecutor and served as the Director of Brevard County Legal Aid from 2002 to 2004.

Keith A. Mitnik
With a passion for protecting his clients' rights, Keith A. Mitnik has several years experience defending clients charged with felony and misdemeanor crimes. He has successfully resolved over 2,300 cases. While employed with the Florida Department of Labor and Employment Security, Mr. Mitnik assisted the judges with mediation and administrative hearings before the judges of compensation claims. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Mitnik served as a legislative aide for the United States House of Representatives.
Mr. Mitnik joined the firm of Tucker Mitnik, PA, in 2007, and works closely with Timi Tucker. Keith provides strategic counsel in some of Brevard County's most high-profile and highly contentious litigated cases.
